This painting was done in my garden and finished in the studio. I plant my garden with the intent of having colour combinations that I think would make a good painting and this was the day when these sunflowers and cosmos were at their best from this view. I felt that the blue sky was important as well to complete the mood of this sunny, breezy summer day. SOLD
